Heartsick

Just a small owl perched on a heartbeat. Pretty standard, really. This piece was initially titled "The Imp" but since it doesn't seem to convey the red heartbeat pretty obviously, I've renamed it.

Scratchboard and watercolor 5x7 inches. Very minimal amounts of post processing to remove scanner-related dirt and grime on the black background, and to add a watermark. I've done what I can to loyally represent my originals as best as I can.
