Description
This piece is a 12x24 scratchboard with a bit of watercolor. Beyond basic scanner correction, there is no digital alteration whatsoever. These are two peacocks holding a lily if somehow I am not clear.
The words on the banner are "amor animi arbitrio sumitur, non ponitur", or "We choose to love, we do not choose to cease loving" according to the internet translations that I sorely hope are correct.
This is to be a gift to someone who lost a loved one recently. I am very proud to give this to her.
